Where do I book in on arrival?

Pull into the Inn car park to the right of the Inn, drive towards the field gate, open it if shut and please be mindful as to shutting it again, then just follow the signs to the office and the rear car park ahead on the left, then just come into the office and report in.

What time can I check in and check out?

Check in time is between 1:00pm and 2:00pm at Pitch Perfect Glamping Office next to the amenities block.

Check-out is at 10:00am.

If you have any special requirements please inform us whilst booking.

What facilities do I have in the Luna Bell?

We pride ourselves on being a green and environmentally friendly site, so each tent is provided and ran of solar power with which we include a battery charger to recharge all lighting equipment ie batteries for Lanterns,fairy lights and torches which are also provided for your stay. You can also run your toaster and kettle from it! Please note it is not designed to run other items such as laptops.

The cotton canvas Luna bell tents are fully furnished, featuring an Metal antique style King size double bed, and (depending on your needs) We can provide a Double king size inflatable guest bed more than one couple staying the night. If you have children staying with you we can also provide large single inflatable guests beds.

All bedding and linen is included along with soft furnishings, cushions blankets etc. We provide a Field Kitchen with a wash bowl built in and cleaning equipment and a kitchen box equipped with utensils and dishware and BBQ cooking equipment.

Also supplied are a cool box with ice blocks and a kettle and toaster – solar powered for your morning cuppa.

Outside each tent, you’ll find a seating area and a BBQ/fire pit for relaxing in the evening.

What amenities do I have on site?

The site is open all year round and is spaced over 7 acres of land, which gives the children enough room to run around and play. Its’ rural location means peace and quiet, with plenty of wildlife to spot and loads of local attractions to visit. It has a shower/toilet block, one of which is wheelchair accessible,a wash up area and a tap for fresh drinking water.

Firewood and charcoal are available on site – please ask whilst booking in.

The family run 16th Century pub and restaurant is also on site, offering a wide range of food for lunch times and evening meals to tantalize your taste-buds! From a la carte to traditional meals and Sunday roasts to children’s meals. All the produce is locally sourced and everything on the menu is home made by a wonderful team of chefs.

The pub also has a lovely outside seating/eating area which overlooks the Childrens play area equipped with swings, climbing frames etc to keep them entertained whilst you have a relaxing drink!

What essentials should I bring?

Just bring yourselves.. we supply most things for you!

Warm clothes, we can’t control the weather unfortunately.

Wash Kit and towels.

Change of clothing.

Things to keep the children entertained – rounders/cricket gear, kites, anything you can think of. We’ve enough room!

Cooking equipment to use on the BBQ.. Pots/pans we do not provide.

What can I purchase on site?

Logs, fire lighters and kindling.

Can I have a BBQ or camp fire?

You must bring your own pots and pans to cook with if desired on the bbq.

Barbecues / Open fire pits are not to be left unattended at any time, and must stay in their designated areas as found on arrival.

The use of such equipment must be taken seriously at all times, and a small fire extinguisher must be at hand  in the event of any situation getting out of hand. THE COMPANY WILL NOT be held responsible for any accidents that may occur whilst using such equipment.

No separate fires are allowed anywhere on site, and all fires are to be extinguished before bedding down for the night .

HOT embers are to be disposed of in the metal bins provided / after and before each use.

(Charcoal and firewood can be bought on site)

Please be mindful of wind/weather conditions.. especially if the wind is blowing in the direction of the Tent.

Are dogs allowed on site?

For the comfort of all guests we do not allow dogs on site.
