THE COMPANY IS Pitch Perfect Glamping Ltd.

YOU;- ‘The Hirer’ The person hiring the equipment from the company, and whose ultimately responsible for all damages caused whilst hiring the equipment from Pitch Perfect Glamping. The hirers name will appear on the booking form and must be at least 18 years of age.

 

PAYMENTS AND DAMAGES;-

 

A full refund of your Damage deposit/Booking Deposit (£50)will be offered if 4 weeks cancellation is given prior to the Booking date, minus a £20 admin fee. Less than 4 weeks notice given, no refund will be given due to rescheduling bookings etc.

All Small Damages extra cleaning will be deducted from your booking Deposit, but in the event of Major Damage incurred an itemized bill will be sent to you and payment will be expected within a two week period.

By signing the Terms and Conditions on arrival YOU the Hirer agree to the above in Full.

 

CANCELATIONS DUE TO AN ACT/FORCE OF NATURE;-

 

Pitch Perfect Glamping will endeavour  as much as practicably possible to offer you the same package as booked at a different date which hopefully suits or is convenient to all parties, or offer a full refund .

 

BEHAVIOUR WHILST ON SITE/DURING YOUR STAY;-

 

We run a quiet site policy to ensure others as well as yourselves can relax and have an enjoyable stay , any reports/complaints form other guests will be taken seriously and dealt with accordingly and the appropriate action taken.

 

The use of foul language, Any acts of Vandalism, Drunken loud or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated at any time on our campsite.. Any of the above acts will result in all members of the offending group being asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given. (if necessary police will be called).

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILTY OF THE COMPANY;-

 

The company will not be held liable for the use of any other equipment used during your stay, other than what has been provided.

The hirer will be held responsible/liable for any damage caused.

No appliances’ other than what been provided will be allowed to be used inside the Tents or within the immediate area ..

No Cooking appliances or the use of GAS appliances is permitted at all times.

The Hirer is also responsible for all equipment provided during the duration of their stay, and any loss or damage / costs associated .

 

THE HIRER’S RESPONSIBILITY;-

 

Barbeque / Open fire pits are not to be left unattended at any time, and must stay in their designated areas as found on arrival.

The use of such equipment must be taken seriously at all times, and a small fire extinguisher must be at hand  in the event of any situation getting out of hand. THE COMPANY WILL NOT be held responsible for any accidents’ that may occur whilst using such equipment.

No separate fires are allowed any where on site, and all fires are to be extinguished before bedding down for the night .

HOT embers are to be disposed of in the metal bins provided / after and before each use.

(Charcoal and fire wood can be bought on site)

 

LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES;-

 

The Company will not be responsible for/and the Hirer will indemnify the company against all claims for the injury to persons or the loss damage to property howsoever caused on site, unless it be proved that such injury or damage was caused by negligence of the Company. This contract will only be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

 

 

Dogs;-

 

The company will not be held responsible for any injures to other parties ,due to a sustained injury caused by a Dog. This will be solely the owners responsibility.

 

The Company have the final decision whether any Dog brought seems suitable to enter on site

 

We are a Dog friendly site, But there are strict rules to be a heard to;-

1,1no Dog per tent.

2,Any Dogs causing a disturbance to other Glampers ie, continual barking etc will be asked to leave

3,No Dangerous breeds

4,No Dogs are to left in tents unattended at any time.

5,No Dogs are allowed off leads or aloud to roam free at any time.

6,All dogs are to be walked off campus/ no fouling on site.

7,All Dog fouling to be bagged and disposed of  in the bin provided.

8,Any damage caused by Dogs will have to be paid for.

9,Any extra cleaning due to dogs will incur an extra charge.

10,OWNERS TO PROVIDE SLEEPING BED/MATT FOR DOG, AND BOWLS,FOOD ETC.

11,Dogs will incur an extra damage deposit of £50 per stay.

 

 

DISCLAIMER;-

 

The Company reserves the right to amend their web site and terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, the hirer’s obligations not being limited to the above.

The contract will be terminated in the event of non-payment, or if there is a breach of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions. If any clause is deemed invalid it will not effect the rest of the terms and conditions.

All details you pass to Pitch Perfect Glamping are kept for the duration of your booking and such reasonable period thereafter .
